This version of Nitsoft contains new functions as listed below and fixes. In addition we also made significant performance improvements in Block booking pages.

Automatically rearrange reservations

If you get a new reservation from Channels, Booking engine or if you create a new reservation when you already have many reservations the system will austomatically move rooms within the same category to fit your reservation. Rooms that are locked or checked in will never be moved. If you prolong a guests stay the system will also if necessay move other reservations so the guest can stay in the same room.


In New Reservation it will move rooms and the first available room will show up in search result, if there are more then one room you want to book you can click use "Add another room" and then system will rearrange again to show you the next available room.


With switch room funcion you are now able to switch to any room that is not locked or already checked in, provided that it is possible to rearrange the other rooms to fit your reservation.


Automatic rearrangement function can be turned off, so please contact us if you don't want this function.


Select contact person

After selecting a company profile in the reservation the default contact person will be selected.

To change contact click 'X' and put cursor in the search field.

All available contacts will now appear in a drop down.

It is still possible to search among the contacts.


Add Travel Agency in Invoice or Receipt

Added functionality to add Travel Agency address information on invoices and receipts, read more here.


Add comments on Room

It is now possible to a add a comment on a room, read more here.


Import a guest list for a Block Booking

Added functionality to import a excel guest list in a block booking.

Switch between including and excluding VAT

In reservation view there is now an option to see and change the prices excluding VAT, read more here. 

Default option will be prices including VAT let us know if you rather want excluding VAT.


Change Confirmed reservation back to Preliminary

For Confirmed reservations that have not started to be accounted you will find a "Make Preliminay" button in the reservation in Edit mode. Reservations that have already passed arrival date, are invoiced or paid are accounted so they cannot be made preliminary.



Remove Locked reservation

It is now possible to remove locked reservations, see how here.


Overbookings in footer in Grid

The grid footer will now include overbookings in the summary footer. 

So Guests and Rooms will show sum of normal bookings + overbookings, if you are overbooked by one room footer will show -1 and Occupancy will be more then 100%.



See activity rooms in Planning List

For hotels that have Activity Rooms enabled. In "Front Office>Planning list" if a product have been added to an Activity room the room number or room name will be displayed after the customer/company name in the Details column. Like this:

New Report Revenue Overview

In revenue overview you will be able to see how your revenues and occupancy is divided over diffrent types.

It will split it by diffrent unit types, i.e. rooms, activity rooms, inventory services and extras and services.

It will split it over diffrent Target groups e.g. Leisure, Business, Confence and Groups.

And it will split it on housing, food and beverage and other.

Add Ons

View original rate in Online part

It is possible to show the orignal rate crossed over if customer have booked an offer or used an agreement code.

Also for rate chains (for example if you have added a discount for guests that books more then 3 months in advance) it will also show the orignal rate crossed over next to the current rate.

This feature requires adjustments to online part so contact us if you are interested in this feature.

It is possible to show availble room categories to upgrade to as part of the self check-in flow.
