This list displays schedule, reserved rooms and  products for reservations. There are various ways to filter the list.

1. Go to 'Front Office>Planning lists>Activities'.

2. The list is displayed in time order by default.

For each item it shows: Date/Time, Quantity/Number of items, Activity/Product title, Reservation number, Company, Unit.

(If the hotel have configured tags they will also be visible in this list.)


Inclusive producs, Price, Comments and Units can be displayed or hidden by clicking options above the list.

3. Click 'Group by reservation' above the list to sort the list in reservation order.

4. If 'Group by Reservation' i selected the first row for each reservation will show Reservation number and Company name. Then all activites and products for this reservation will be listen in time order. The colored lines mark the duration of different events. Blue line marks the start and end of the reservation/event. Green lines mark when activity rooms are booked. Purple lines mark events added to schedule in the reservation.


5. In top right corner you find three icons:

The filter icon, see point 6.

The print icon, to print the list.

The options menu icon, see point 7.

6. You can filter the list on:

From and To date: the stay date of rooms or date of products/activities.

Target group: only show reservation with a certain target group

Unit categories: Exclude some unit categories for list

Extra types: show only products of a certain type

Product: show only a specific product

Service: show only a specific service

Event responsible: show only reservations with a specific responsible person

Company: show only reservations by a selected company

Reservation: show only a specific reservation

Any tags the hotel has configured will also be added as filter options.


Click 'Done' to apply the filter critera to the list.

7. In options menu there are two options:

Excel: which will export the list to excel.

Legend: which will show the explanation of the colors in 'Group by reservation' mode.
