Promotion rate: Add flat rate

There are three options on how to enter prices when creating a promotion rate.

1. 'Rates' is selected by default. Allow you to enter different rates or discounts for each room category.

2. 'Plan' allow you to create a Rate Plan that can be reused for many Promotions codes.

3. 'Flat' which allow you to set a discount that is applied to all of your room categories.

1. Select 'Flat' if you want to use the flat rate.

2. Specify 'Maximal Count' which limits the number of rooms that can be booked using this code per day och fill in the discount. It can be either for example '-100' which will deduct that amount from todays' prices or  for example '-10%' which will deduct 10% of todays' rates.

3. If you want to specifiy different discounts per weekday, click the arrow at the end of the the 'Flat rate for all weekdays' input field. This will open fields that allow you to add discount per weekday.
