Loyal codes is a type of Offer where a guest can prepay a selected number of nights and then get a code to book the nights with. For example buy 10 nights at a fixed discounted rate.


1. First you need build the Loyal plan.

Set up a Loyal Plan like this.


2. When you have a Loyal plan you can add guest specific codes for this plan.

Each code will keep track of the guest that booked the code, how many nights are used and when code expires.

Add a Loyal Guest like this.



3. You can then add an adverisment to the WBE so guests can buy the Loyal codes online.

Add a Loyal advertiment in 'Booking Enginge>NiteSoft Loyal'.



Accounting of Loyal codes. 

There are three accounts that relates to the Loyal codes.

Service account: Loyal Offer Expiration: If a Loyal code expires the remaining amount will be accounted to this account, default value is 3030

Service account: Loyal Offer Deposit: When someone buy a Loyal code the amount will be accounted on this account. When someone use a Loyal code that amount will be removed from this account. Buying a Loyal code is considred a prepayment so if you use adjustment accounts the purchase will get adjustment transactions when the payment is made, as for any other prepayments. Default value is 2995 

Payment account: Hotelname Loyal: This account should be the same as the Loyal Offer deposit account, by default it is 2995. This account relates to when codes are refunded.
