Mark several invoices as paid

In Invoice Report payments can be created for multiple invoices at a time. Read more here


Filtering in Invoice Report

In Invoice Report you can select which columns you want to see. 

By default the following columns are shown: Invoice number, Reservation number, Invoice date, Travel Agency, Company, Payer, Amount, Remain amount, Due date. You can add or remove columns in the selection by pressing down 'ctrl' key and select in the list. You can use 'Select All' if you want to see all columns and press 'Select Default' if you want to reset to the default selection. Read full description of Invoice report here.


Close rate option depending of pick up time or length of stay

Added functionality to Rate Options so it is now possible to automatically restrict a rate option depending on Length Of Stay or Pick Up time. Pick Up time restriction can for example be used to close non-refundable discount some days before arrival. Length Of Stay restriction can for example be used to require pre-payment if you book for a longer time. Read more about Rate Options here.


Manage Products in groups

Two new functions to simplify managing extras in big group reservations were added. The first is to add products to several room when you have many rooms in the reservation. The second  is to update prices, quantity, comments, date and time of products. For example for updating dinner time for all rooms in a group when package including dinner is used or to add comment about allergy to all products that concerns a guest.

Change quantity in Extra Package

Added ability to change number of products within an Extra Package without changing the total number of packages.

For example you can sell and charge for 10 lunch and dinner packages, but only have 7 lunches and 10 dinners served in the reservation.


Black List

Black List rules can be specified. A person is identified by a number of criterias you select, for example name or e-mail. If someone tries to book using the information you set up in the rule you can either generate and alert/message to your staff or generate an error for the booker in the booking process (for example: show message that the hotel is full).

Changes to Customer Management

If a Company Profile and an Individual Profile are added in the same reservation the Individual Profile will become a contact of the Company Profile. So they don't need to be manually linked anymore. Both Company Profiles and Individual Profiles will always be displayed with bold text in reservation view.

View payer in reservation view

In the new version the name of the payer will be visible in the reservation were previously the user making the payment was visible. The payer will be the company name if this exist on the invoice/receipt otherwise the reservation contact or a guest name of the payer.

You will still be able to see which user created the payment. It is visible in Reservation History as it was before and you can also see it if you open the payment, it will look like this:
