Nitesoft

This version of Nitesoft contains new functions and enhancements as listed below. It also includes a number of minor corrections and fixes.

Updated status colors

The reservation status and housekeeping status colors is changed to lighter hue.

The meaning of the colors is not changed.

Block functions are added to all reservations.

Block functionality is now availble for all reservations.

Block Grid and Guest Mangement pages can be found in the options menu in View-mode of a reservation.


Customer management improvements

You can add a comment to an Individual profile that will be added to the reservation the profile makes. Read more here.


We made it simpler to add a profile as a guest in a reservation, read more here.

Account Advance Invoice on Deposit Account

If you create an invoice before reservation arrival it will be accounted debit: Invoice account and credit: Deposit account. 

This means that advance invoices will be found in Deposit Ledger report along with prepayments. 

(Advance invoices were previously accounted  debit: Invoice account and credit: Sales ledger account, and were present in Sales Ledger until reservation stayed).


Monthly pricing

It is now possible to add a price per month when booking monthly. Read more here.


Use several accounts for room revenue

It is now possible to manually change revenue account and if applicable VAT for a room reservation.

Update of Planning list

In 'Front Office'-'Planning list' a new list 'Activities' has been added. It will replace 'Conference Summary'-'Schedule' and has better abilty to filter then the old list. Read more here.


In Planning list-Products display options are now shown above the list.
