Nitesoft PMS

1. Added better Support capabilites through Fresh Desk. Support request should now be submitted in english.

2. Added encryption to the online booking flow. You can now use https:// links instead of http:// when using Nitesoft, e.g. 

2. Undo no-show function is moved to reservation view.

If you want to restrict this function for certain user roles let us know.

3. Preguaranteed status is removed, reservations will now be accounted when the reservation either checks-in or is paid for.

All reservations that are currently "preGuranteed" will become "Confirmed" after deployment.

4. Add ability to lock a reservation, to indicate that this room should not be switched.
