Nitesoft

This version of Nitesoft contains new functions, integrations, and enhancements as listed below. It also includes a number of minor corrections and fixes.

Seasonal rates in offers

For Agreements and Promotion rates it is now possible to vary the fixed price or discount depending on which stay date the offer is booked on. Read more here.


Customer Management improvements

  • Loyalty categories are now displayed in arrival list and booking view. Read more about Loyalty categories here.
  • Ability to merge profiles, read more here.
  • Added date filter to Reservation statistics in Customer profiles. Like this:  and Reservation statistics and Reservation History for a Customer is separated to two different tabs.
  • Added Invoice references to Customer profiles and Customer number to Individual profiles. Read more about Invoice references here. Customer number for an Individual can be found in each Individual profile in 'General' tab, if it has a value the number will show in reservation view.


Mobile adapted tables for Guest Messages

There are 2 new placeholders {{2ColumnsConfirmation}} and {{2ColumnsSummary}} that can replace {{Confirmation}} and {{Summary}}. It will replace the old 6 column table with a mobile adapted 2 column design. Read more about Guest Messages and Placeholders here and here.


Unpaid icon in grid

Unpaid icon in grid will now be blue if reservation is invoiced. The unpaid icon can be updated depending on the dates you have selected. 

So for example if a reservation is made from 15'th of previous month to 15'th in this month and only the previous month was invoiced. If you search on previous month the reservation will get 'invoiced' icon but if you search for the full time of the reservation it will show unpaid icon, since the last 15 days of the reservation is not invoiced yet. Receipt and Invoice format options

Added more settings to control which information should be displayed on invoices and receipts, read more here.


Invoice monthly

Added a view to group a reservation monthly when creating invoices and payments. Like this: Please contact support if you want to activate this function.


Automated invoicing

Setup rule to automatically generate invoices for selected reservations. For example create invoice for previous month on first day every month. Read more here.


Send alerts to more than one User or Department

Added abilty to create and alert that is sent to more than one Department or more than one user at a time. 


Changes to Period Report

Added 'Average rate per guest', number of 'Unsold units' and 'Unsold revenue' to the report, and added abilty to group by location and employee that created the reservation. Read more about Period report here.


Updated interface for Date and/or Room change

'Date and/or room change' function will work in the same way as New booking flow. Read more about 'Date and/or room change' here.


Fixes/improvements

  • Added 'forgot password' function for intranet, read more here.
  • When a reservation is cancelled too late the default behaviour will be that a cancellation cost is added for the first night only. Reservations made with non-refundable rate option will still get cancellation cost corresponding to all days booked.
  • You can now add tags to Units, read more about tags here.
  • Payment links have been made shorter.
  • If a room is booked when filtering on a preference the selected prefernce will be diplayed in the reservation. Read more about preferences here.
  • For fortnox integration the customer id for new customers will always be imported from fortnox.
  • Block booking and Loyalty code functions are no longer supported.
  • Added option to show week number in grid, see 'View Options' section here.

Add Ons

SIE4 file support cost centres and cost bearers

If you use the SIE4 files for your economy data it is now possible to add cost centers and cost bearers for your revenue accounts and also to specify them per extra. Please let us know if you are interested in using this function.


Automatically update stay lenght restrictions sent to channels

This function will allow you to setup rules of the type: always have stay length >7 for reservations more then 14 days ahead. And this will update in channel and/or or you own website each night. Please let us know if you are interested in using this function.


Nitesoft Cashier xml log

Nitesoft cashier will support xml log required by Swedish Tax authority in accordance with the changed legislation. It will be enabled for all Customers using Nitesoft cashier.
