First you have to create the offer that you want to make the advertisment for.

This instruction will show a 'Promotions' advertisment if you are creating a advert for a Package, a Loyal offer use 'Packages' or 'Nitesoft Loyals' in 'Booking engine' menu instead.
1. Go to 'Booking engine>Promotions' and click 'New Promotion Advertisment' in the top right corner.
2. Fill Title: this is the text that will be the header in the Details pop-up (the title of the original offer will be displayed on confirmations, receipts and in shopping cart of booking engine etc). If you have more then one language enabled click the 'pen' icon to add diffrent transalations.
3. In the 'Promotion' drop down select the promotion that you want the Advertisment to link to.
4. In the 'Visabilty' drop down select:
'Show always on start page': if you want the advert to be displayed on the start page of booking engine, and on offer page.
'On specialized pages': if it should only be displayed on offer page.
'Hidden': if it should currently not be displayed online, hidden offers can still be accessed by direct link e.g. hotelname.nitesoft.se/offers/OFFERCODE
5. Fill in fields:
Banner text: This text will be displayed on the offer advertisment, on top of the image.
Banner details: This text will be displayed in the popup that opens if guest clicks the offer advertisment.
Unit Advertisment: This text will be displayed by each room category when guest have searched for the offer.
If you have more then one language enabled click the tabs with flags to switch between different translations.
6. Click the 'Banner image' tab next to the 'Banner text' field to upload the image that should be used in the advert.
Click '+' icon to select the image to upload.
7. Banner preview will show what your advert will look like.
8. (Optional) If your booking engine support to show more than one image for an offer, you can upload them by clicking the '+' in the 'Unit advertisment images' section next to the 'Unit advertisment' tabs.
9. Press 'Save' in top right corner and the advertiment is now published in your booking engine.
