When you setup the Conference WEB engine you need to check the following steps, and please provide the conference booking policy to support@nitesoft.se.


Create conference rooms

Create new conference rooms and especially check which 'Open hours' you have set when you created the Acticty room category, this is the times the room can be booked online. You also need to add the desciption and images in the Activity room category these are the texts and images that will be displayed on the booking engine.

Add seating options to the rooms if you want guest to select this in booking engine, first you need to add the seating options values to the system and then you can add it to the Activity room category.


Availabilty

If you want the rooms blocked from online sales on some days you can use BAR mangement-Rectrictions.

If you want reservations to be made at least a number of days or hours before arrival you can configure an automatic rolling pick-up rule.


Pricing and book fullday or half day

Extras and Promotion rates

If you want to sell additonal products for example coffee or projector you add them as extras and then create extras advertisments for them. If you want to sell promotion rates, for example fullday including coffee, lunch and dinner create a promotion rate and then create an promotion rate advertisment for it. For both extras and promotion advertisments remember to set 'Unit Restiction' to 'By unit types' and then 'Unit types' to 'Activity room' if you want the advert to show for conference bookings only.
