1. Go to 'Reports>Customers'.

  2. Enter search criteria and press 'Search'. 
    Stay From-To:  will select customers who stayed in this time frame. 
    Booked From-To: will select customers who made reservations in this time frame. 
    Customer/Company name: search for  'Company name', 'Company number' of Company and 'First name' and 'Surname' of both Contact and Invoice contact (it will not search on guest information).
    Result rows: (optional) is to limit the number of results in the list.

  3. You will get a list of all companies matching the criteria (it will include both profiles and companies without profiles, it will not include companies without any reservations and it will not include individual profiles that are not linked to a company). 
    The list will show: 'Company Name', 'Number of Reservations', 'Unit nights', 'Cancelled Nights', 'Pic up', 'Average LOS', 'ADR', 'Revenue'.

    Then it will list all individal profiles matching the search criteria.
    The list will show: 'First Name', 'Last Name', 'Email', 'Number of Reservations', 'Unit nights', 'Cancelled Nights', 'Pic up', 'Average LOS', 'ADR', 'Revenue'.

    'Number of Reservations': is calculated from all confirmed, cancelled and preliminary reservations (including no-shows).
    'Unit nights','Pic up', 'Average LOS' and 'Reveneue: is calculated from all confirmed, and preliminary reservations, including no-shows (cancelled reservations are not included).
    'Cancelled Nights': is calculated from all cancelled.
    'ADR' and 'Reveneue': includes only housing (breakfast is not included) but including VAT.

  4. Click a row to see reservations and contact information.

  5. The page that opens will show you the company name and number (it will link to profile if it exist).
    Then it will show the contact information and invoice contact if applicable.
    Click on the arrows by 'History' to display reservation statistics.
